Questions?

How does your service work?

You start by completing our Online Questionnaire. This document estimates the price for your will, collects your fully-refundable payment and allows you to book your Online Appointment.

During your Online Appointment, one of our specialist probate team will discuss your will with you in detail, using your Online Questionnaire as an agenda for the conversation.

After your Online Appointment, your dedicated probate specialist will draft your will and issue it to you for signature. You then follow our simple instructions to sign.

How long does the questionnaire take?

It should take around 10 minutes. If you need to retrieve information or discuss choices with another person, it may take longer.

Can I save and return to the questionnaire to complete it?

If you leave the questionnaire before submitting it, your answers will be saved on that device. If you return to the questionnaire on the same device within 15 days, you should find your answers waiting for you.

However, we cannot guarantee this system and we strongly recommend you try to complete the questionnaire in one sitting.

How does my Online Appointment work?

Our Online Appointment is a video call offered via Microsoft Teams. You can login using a smartphone, laptop or desktop computer.

However, you will need to be in a quiet location with no distractions, a good internet connection and with your camera turned on so we can see you for the duration of the call.

You will also need to ensure nobody else is in the room with you, unless they are helping you write your will. This is important, and your probate specialist will require this rule is followed.

Are my fees refundable?

We ask you to pay a deposit at the end of your Online Questionnaire, ensuring a quick and prompt service without undue delay.

This fee is fully refundable, unless you cancel your Online Appointment without 4 hours' notice. If you cancel with less than 4 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge £120 incl. VAT.
